Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is a role-playing game developed by Jam City. The game was released for Android and iOS devices in April 2018.

In the game you play as either a wizard or a witch who has just been accepted to attend Hogwarts. This is the famous school of magic where Harry Potter also studied. As a student of this school you can join classes to learn spells & magic, embark on quests, explore the Wizarding World and battle rivals.

You will go through 7 years of school, taking part in regular classes as well as extra activities. Throughout the game you will be put in situations where you need to make choices. These choices will determine how the story of the game unfolds.

For each action you take in the game you need energy. Certain tasks take more energy than others. Once your energy level is depleted you either need to wait or spend real money to buy gems and coins with which you can purchase energy and unlock items in the game.

You play as a character with a mysterio...us backstory. Your brother has attended Hogwarts before you. He was quite a rebel as a student and he is been missing for years. Now, as a new student, you can embark on mission to find out what happened to your brother.

This is a nice game for Harry Potter fans. The backstory is interesting, the soundtrack is good and the visuals are decent. However you will run out of energy pretty fast. Waiting can take a long time. This hinders the flow of the game. Impatient players can opt to spend real money to speed things up or just quit the game altogether.
